Our current processing time is 1-2 business days. Once shipped it takes approximetly 2-10 business days to deliver. Most customers receive their order within a week.
Once your order has been placed and shipped you will get an email sent to you with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package including link to use to track it.

All products purchased from the site are transported and delivered to you by an independent courier NOT affiliated with, or controlled by M'simbi. Title to products purchased on the site, as well as the risk of loss for such products, pass to the customer when M'simbi delivers these items to the courier.
If you don't want to pay for shipping, and are located in Lusaka, M'simbi offers free store pickup! Just choose the "Store Pickup" option when checking out.
We are located at Arcades shopping mall, Opposite Barclays Bank , Lusaka.
Our pickup hours are as follows:
Saturday-Sunday: 11:00am - 3:00pm
You will be notified by email when your order is ready to be picked up.
All Local store pick up orders must be picked up within 10 days of receiving your pickup email, if not, items in your order will be restocked and you will not receive a refund.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Contact us requesting a return within 5 days of purchase.
- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges or credit. If sent back, these items will not be refunded or returned back to the customer.
- Items eligible for return must be in their original condition, along with tags and original individual packaging.
- All return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless, the item is defective, or we made a mistake with your shipment.
- We will not take responsibility for items returned to us that are lost, sent to the wrong address, or from a courier that you are unable to track the shipment.
- Please email us at email@example.com to get your return instructions. Please add in the subject your order number or the name of the person the order was placed under.
- We do not refund any form of paid shipping. We refund the product cost only.
